Coming home
Yesterday I wrote that my work situation was unhealthy. My body screamed in agreement but I ignored it. Today I could not and turned back to home as soon as I reached my new desk.
I need a couple of days to recharge my emotional batteries. But I am not quitting yet; this is an unresolved problem and I am part of it.
If I want my shiatsu to help others I have to learn to help myself.
