Isn’t it exciting how far you’ve come in your training? Can’t wait to hear how it went. Congratulations on this milestone in your shiatsu career.

    Hi Tony

I’ve just started a website for 3rd year trainee practitiioners looking to book treatments, I@m hoping to form a network -right now I’m looking to add a list of contacts if you interested have a look at the website http://www.shiatsu-life.net and let me know - I’m guessing you’re with one of the colleges - maybe even the shiatsu college, but a different branch? (I’m london). I’d need to know you were insured and that you’re with the shiatsu society.
    Have a look

    Regards
    Andrea

Shiatsu student clinic tomorrow

Personal Development, Shiatsu Practice

Tomorrow is the big day! My first time in the college’s student clinic. I have two appointments and that will be the first time I have done two full treatments in a row.

I am familiar with working with people outside of my normal client list of friends, family and work colleagues so now worries there. Of course there is a time limit tomorrow and I need to ensure I don’t get stuck into details and rush the end of the session. I don’t want to be seen clock watching either and being too mechanical. Like everything in Shiatsu a balance needs to be maintained!

I am naturally a little nervous but actually looking forward to the experience. I am sure once I make that first connection everything will just flow as it normally does.
